While the meat of the show was to talk about the other teams and the state of the AFC North, we couldn’t resist also discussing the Ravens being involved with Hard Knocks and the new Purple Rising Helmet.
The Ravens are about to face a huge test, going against the team with the best record in the NFC, the 49ers. Some are already calling for a potential rematch of Super Bowl XLVII in this year’s big dance. We are joined by Aaron, a long time 49ers fan, to discuss the opposition and what we expect from the game.
Now that we have had some time to process the Ravens playoff loss and think about the season, the guys got together to recap the different chapters of this season. We broke this episode into two parts so next week we’ll look at the most improved players year over year and where we rank the 2019 Ravens in franchise history.
The Ravens took care of business in Jacksonville and clinched a playoff birth. The team doesn’t seem too phased with this update in their season and are looking to keep building towards something bigger. We discuss how all three phases of the game secured the win.
The Ravens are looking to get redemption against the Miami Dolphins in their home opener of the season. We discuss the retooled Dolphins offense and Cover 0 happy defense and how they’ll matchup with the Ravens.
After that we discuss the 3rd and 4th round compensatory picks the Ravens received in this year’s draft by going down memory lane of all the Ravens comp picks over time. We couldn’t find this list anywhere so we made it ourselves! A Ravens ReCAP exclusive!

This was one of my favorite Marshal Yanda plays. Turned a possible third-and-1 from the 36 into a first down to set up Justin Tucker's game-winning field goal moments later in the "Mile High Miracle" game. #Ravenspic.twitter.com/r9fj2FQZsd
The Ravens are coming off an underwhelming victory at home against a lesser Panthers team. The team travels this week to the 3-7 Jaguars who have also had their fair share of struggles but also have some ascending young players. We discuss how the Ravens will matchup against this AFC foe and if we think they can keep the win streak going.
