The Ravens beat themselves in Miami on Thursday Night Football when the whole nation was watching. Luckily, the talent still exists on this team to go the distance in the playoffs and its on the players and coaches to clean things up and improve. We discuss how both sides of the ball misfired and how they can bounce back.
With 33 players on IR or COVID IR, the Ravens went to Cincinnati totally dilapidated. Though they were able to show some flashes, the talent attrition was too much and they were unable to slow down the Bengals passing attack. We break down what we can take away from this game when looking at the final two games of the season.
After discussing the stages of the 2019 season, we discussed the most improved players this year as well as where this season ranks against all the previous Ravens seasons. We end the show reflecting on our top 5 plays as well as what this show has meant to us for its first season.
Note that we recorded this before NFL Honors, which is why we left out Harbaugh winning coach of the year, Greg Roman Assistant Coach of the Year, and Lamar Jackson winning Most Valuable Player. What an awesome accomplishment for this team!
Thanks so much for listening this season! We’ll be posting through out the offseason so this is a great time to subscribe and get involved!
On Monday night the crew was excited to hear about Jimmy Smith returning for at least one more year with the Ravens after the more somber news of Ron Marciniak passing away. Thanks to everyone who filled out the Comp Pick Bracket and joined in on the conversation either on Twitter or Reddit. We’re glad you enjoyed it as much as we did.
We were fortunate enough to get last minute tickets to another statement game thanks to our friend Rob! Enjoy our discussions including live from the game clips.
A lot of friends of the pod were at this game. Peter’s Dad and brother were sitting very close to Real Fan Dan and you could see them on the edge of the big screen when they would go up to him. Correspondent KFish was at the game too, but we were unable to catch up with him. Lastly, Chris Makres from the Patriots episodes (wearing 55) and his brother Pete were at the game, just a few sections over from us.

The season is just under a week away! Peter is back and we had a chance to discuss our thoughts on the 53 man roster as well as the upcoming home opener against the Cleveland Browns.
